Thank you so much for your support! Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how and when your artwork will ship.
📦 Order Processing Times
- Original Paintings ship within 6–10 business days.
- Art Prints are made to order and ship within 2–3 business weeks.
- Once your order is submitted, you will receive an order confirmation email—this means your order has been added to our production schedule.
- When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
🌍 International Shipping & Duties
We ship worldwide from Canada.
- Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, including VAT. These charges are not included in your order total and are the buyer’s responsibility.
- We are not responsible for any customs delays, and orders delayed in transit are not eligible for refunds.
- If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid duties or taxes, we will not issue a refund for the product or the original shipping cost.

📬 Order Status & Tracking
When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your tracking number, please email us at hello@samanthajoyshantz.com with your name and order number. Thank you!
