Due to the on-demand and handmade nature our artwork, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please be sure to review all product details and reach out with any questions before placing your order.
That said, every piece is packaged with great care. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@samanthajoyshantz.com. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the damage so we can assist with next steps.
